1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Resilience School website and the purchase of any services or digital products.
Resilience School is operated by Rhona Edwards as a sole trader in England.
By using this website or purchasing services or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Professional Disclaimer
All information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only.
It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
A therapeutic relationship is only formed once a formal Therapy Agreement has been signed.
If you require urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.
3. Therapy Services
Therapy services are subject to a separate written Therapy Agreement.
This agreement will outline:
• Fees
• Cancellation policy
• Confidentiality and safeguarding
• Record keeping
• Professional boundaries
Resilience School reserves the right to decline or discontinue therapy where clinically appropriate.
4. Digital Courses and Online Content
Digital courses and downloadable materials are provided for educational purposes and personal, non-commercial use only.
They do not constitute individual therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.
All materials remain the intellectual property of Resilience School.
You may not:
• Copy
• Share
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Sell
• Provide access to third parties
Login details must not be shared.
Unauthorised distribution may result in removal of access and legal action.
Optional Asynchronous Clinician Support
Some courses offer optional asynchronous clinician support.
Where selected, this support consists of structured written feedback provided via Quenza in response to submitted course exercises.
Asynchronous clinician support:
• Is not live therapy
• Does not involve real-time communication
• Does not constitute an ongoing therapeutic relationship
• Does not include risk assessment or crisis monitoring
• Is provided within three working days of submission (excluding weekends and public holidays)
This service is educational and skills-focused in nature.
It does not replace individual therapy, medical advice, or emergency support.
If urgent support is required, you must contact your GP, NHS 111, your local crisis team, or emergency services.
Resilience School reserves the right to decline or discontinue asynchronous support where the content submitted falls outside the scope of the service or indicates a level of need requiring more appropriate support.
Parental Responsibility
Courses designed for young people are intended to be purchased by a parent or legal guardian.
By purchasing a course for a person under 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the young person accessing the materials.
Parents remain responsible for supervising and supporting their child’s engagement with the course content.
Safeguarding and Crisis Support
These courses are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment or emergency support.
If you or your child are experiencing significant distress, risk of harm, or require urgent assistance, please contact your GP, NHS 111, your local crisis team, or emergency services.
5. Cooling-Off Rights and Immediate Access to Digital Content
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days.
However:
When purchasing a digital course from Resilience School, you are informed prior to payment that access will be provided immediately.
By completing your purchase, you:
• Agree to receive immediate access to the digital content; and
• Acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel will no longer apply once access has been granted.
Where access has been provided, refunds will not be available.
If, for any reason, access has not yet been granted and you request cancellation within 14 days of purchase, a refund will be issued.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Resilience School does not store full card details.
Refunds (where applicable under these Terms) will be processed via the original payment method.
Prices may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Therapy Services
Cancellation terms for therapy sessions are outlined in the separate Therapy Agreement.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access:
Refunds are not available once access has been granted in accordance with Section 5 above.
Discretionary refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, course materials, graphics, downloads, and branding, is protected by copyright.
All rights are reserved.
Content may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Resilience School makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resilience School shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss arising from misuse of information
• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Resilience School Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
